OWNER REPRESENTATIVE

Sarasota, Florida – Phase One includes the demolition of existing structures east of Palm Avenue, construction of new Parking Garage, Cafe, Retail Center, Arrival Court, Welcome Center, Library, Spirit & Tissue Lab, Botany Center, Horticulture, Administrative and Facilities Offices along with supportive infrastructure, including a large photovoltaic canopy. Scope of Work includes: Negotiation of the Architects agreement, review of Construction Managers draft construction budget, and development of detailed overall project estimate for the Owner’s use.  Review of monthly Consultants and Construction Manger pay applications. We have been working with design team and CM on finalization of design, budgeting and schedule on the new parking structure and project phasing assuring that local subcontractors are participating and being provided with opportunities to participate in this major project.
