OWNER REPRESENTATIVE The two-phased condominium project located adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel in Sarasota. Phase I includes demolition of the existing south parking garage and construction of a new 5 story parking structure with a new Central Energy Plant for the Hyatt. Phase II includes demolition of the Hyatt’s existing Central Energy plant and the balance of the two-story parking deck and construction of a new 18-story residential condominium. Scope of Work included: Negotiation of Architect and Construction Manger agreements, finalization of GMP with Construction Manager, review of design documents at 30, 60 & 90% completion. Provided assistance with obtaining required city zoning and permit approvals. Attended pre-construction meetings and developed plan with the Hyatt staff to coordinate construction to maintain the Hyatt’s operation during construction.
