OWNER REPRESENTATIVE

Sarasota, Florida – The three-phased project to renovate and construct a full-service Boys and Girls Club in Arcadia. Phase One is a new outdoor basketball Pavilion and playground. Phase II is the renovation of the existing gymnasium into a full-service health and wellness facility and Phase III is construction of of a new 8,000 SF building that will include a full-service kitchen, classroom spaces and facilities for the youth of Arcadia. Scope of Work included: Negotiation of Architect and Construction Manger agreements, finalization of GMP with Construction Manager. Monthly reviews of all consultant and Construction Manager’s pay applications.Coordination of Owner Direct Purchase program with Construction Manager. Involved in review of design documents at 30, 60 & 90% completion. Providing assistance with obtaining required City, County and State permit approvals including SWFWMD.
