Osprey Consulting represented the City of Sarasota on the New Design Build One Stop Office Building as Owner’s Representative. The project was a four-story concrete office building that now services all permitting activities for the City of Sarasota.  

“Osprey Provided pre-construction services including Peer review, of all construction documents at 30, 60 & 90% completion. During Construction Osprey provided weekly onsite inspections, and monthly consolidated reports including testing and threshold inspection reports. Mike Beaumier and Caitlin attended biweekly OAC meetings and worked with the City to complete furniture selections and interior finishes for the project. I would look forward to working with Michael and his team at Osprey on any future projects!”
