Sarasota, FL, September 22, 2022 – We are pleased to announce that Caitlin Weaver has joined Osprey Consulting and will be working as a Project Manager & Owner’s Representative along with Mike Beaumier. Caitlin will be involved with the team at Osprey Construction Consulting on building the new Sales Center for the 17 story SOTA project on Main Street in Sarasota for Trepp Development, which includes a 120-room hotel and 35 luxury condominiums.  She will be instrumental in assisting the team in bringing this project and others to successful completion. Caitlin is a graduate of University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in International Construction Management.  Previously she worked for McCarthy Building Companies in Arizona on the Odysea Aquarium project. After relocating to Sarasota in 2016, Caitlin worked for Willis Smith Construction, and Gilbane Building Company where she was involved in the project team that built the new Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Venice and the Sarasota Modern Hotel in the Rosemary District of Sarasota.
